Thanks for submitting the onboarding documents. We are reaching out regarding your Auto insurance. As per our policy, the employee’s name must be listed on the auto insurance provided. Could you please upload an updated insurance document that includes [Employee Name] as an insured, beneficiary, or additional driver? If we do not receive the corrected document, we will need to remove the driver record from the profile, and the employee will not be eligible to submit mileage reimbursement.
